Let me start by saying Serveway is a great company! We had them come do our spring tune up this past spring, and then in the middle of the summer on a Saturday our AC stopped working. Brian, came to our rescue and got it working for us, informed us of some not so great news, and then was very honest about how we needed to handle the problem. I'm always weary of AC companies because most are not honest, Serveway is honest and reliable with outstanding customer service! They are now the only company I will call.
Brian is a true professional and puts the customer first. Brian is knowledgeable and willing to work with you on your best options. On a Friday, 5pm he offered to go out of his way to get the parts needed for the job, parts office was closed, but that alone showed he cared. Right from the beginning, ServeWay employees were professional and timely. From the initial call, I was scheduled at a date of my convenience (which was less then a week). That morning, I received a phone call from Silvister and a text message saying they were on their way and giving me the ability to track them. They were exactly on time. The job took a few hours and the whole time, they were friendly, but also remained professional. They covered my belongings and furniture, as to not get them covered in any dust during the cleaning and afterwards they also vacuumed the area under each vent. This is the second time I have used this company and I would not hesitate to call them up at anytime.
By far the best HVAC company I have used in Dallas !!! We have had Brian out here several times and he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in describing the problems we have had as well as educating us on ongoing maintenance. It seems the company has a customer service culture and it shows from both the home office and the field !!!
My home warranty company selected this company. I was pleasantly surprised. The person who showed up was the owner, I think. He was VERY professional and helpful, as well as let me know exactly what I needed to do to keep my system maintained. I just submitted for an A/C tune-up and REQUESTED they send Serveway out again.
